I have purchased an smart phone (Asus) and the phone was having all sctraches on the screen, talked to the seller and he was ready to refund once I request a claim . Now once I raised a claim it took 15-20 days to get a call from claim team ... that too bcoz I have called the callcenter multiple times, now claim team raised an request to reverse pickup of product which is not done properly and fedex ppl say the ebay has to correct the problem then only they can pickup the product from me.
Now I have seen one of worst services by ebay ... chat and phone support ...they are of no use ..just they say they will escalate ... nothing happens ...just to fix a small fedex prblem ebay is taking ages ...this worst service ..
