this is in context with claim id-24433263 and complaint no. 195134259717 which was rejected by ebay. i have a pending issue regarding a blazer. there was a quality issue, the bow of the suit was missing. as told by the ebay executives i sent back the product to the seller in the sarting of november. but the refund was not initiated. as per the seller i have provided them the bank details. the seller is also not replying back. my amount is stuck from last 2 months. also i dont have the product. this is issue is bothering me from last one month. wht should i do?
