My phone is directive battery doesn't charge after 80% and drain fastly...i call to ebay customer services for this issue...so she told me first take confirmation for replacement by eBay message...after taken seller confirmation i called to customer service but the the person told me i can't help you and wait for 72 hours every time i heard plz wait 72 hours but nobody responded positively.. seller is ready then why ebay doesn't help me??? I have proof for call recording...so plz be needful... i pay 20000 its a huge amount....very bad service from ebay... its a very big mistake to purchase from ebay...
