Received Replaced & Assembled laptop instead of new

I have never thought buying an item is a nightmare for me.Received Replaced & Assembled laptop instead of new.It has been more than a month but there is no customer support & response even after contacted through chat,mail and phone many times with e-bay. After much consideration,finally decided to File a case against e-bay & seller in Consumer Forum

What I learn from ebay is "Don't purchase valuable items from here."

Always purchase item less than Rs.400 only from here.
It is limit, you cross limit- you will suffer a lot.
