Purchased item not shipped by seller, ebay not refunding my 22,050 INR

I have purchased ZTE z7 max on ebay and paid for it online on 28.11.2014. (PaisaPay Id ( 37968255237 ))

I have not received any confirmed shipping details, my eBay page is showing item has not been shipped as of 14.12.2014.

I have asked for refund, but now ebay is not refunding my amount.

I don't know what stupid persons are sitting at eBay. Every time i call they tell me we are investigating the matter someone will call you in  24 hours.

I have not received any call from eBay till now.

Moreover i don’t know what is to investigate in this matter,

• MY ITEM HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED,
• I DON’T WANT IT ANYMORE BECAUSE OF TOO MUCH DELAY
• SIMPLY REFUND MY AMOUNT.

Advice for other buyers, don’t buy anything more than INR 1000 on eBay. You don’t know your money will get stuck up as happened to me.

You need to be prepared to fight with eBay team, call them on daily basis with tension in your mind for your hard earned money.

Useless Customer service.

Dude i think you bought from a nube seller. Who will first buy it from somewhere and then resell it on ebay to you. How can you be so stupid? Please wait for two more days. Ebay will resolve your problem. Meanwhile try to contact the seller by email or contact number.
Please do mention your seller here so that we could know about that fraud.

No, he wasn't nube seller. Seller name is '***'.
And my issue still has not been resolved. Ebay hasn't refunded my amount till now.
