Most EBAY sellers do not specify (in their listing) that the product they sell do not come with any warranty or guarantee. Not disclosing the truth is tantamount to lying to unsuspecting customers. The very reason they don't offer any guarantee means that they are selling products of questionable quality. And most sellers ask you to send the defective (which most products sold on EBAY are)at our OWN expense and within a very few (at most 7 days) days of receiving it. Almost ALL products are sent WITHOUT any kind of instruction manuals!!.
EBAY sellers, you all need to learn about customer service and ethics from INDIATIMES.COM shopping. They send a courier (on their own expense) to customer's home to get products back.
Based on my personal experience, most of the products sold on EBAY are sold on EBAY, only because NOBODY would buy such products in stores. There may be very FEW exceptions to this (very FEW EBAY sellers sell quality products). But most of the products sold on EBAY are either fake/coonterfeit or of shoddy quality.
