Dear Sir/Mam,

We had purchased the above mentioned wall clock through ebay. We had received the same. But we had found the following difficulties while using the wall clock.

There are two places where battery has to be inserted. But we are not able to put the battery in one place. Because of that the clock not rings.
The clock gets stuck even when the battery has power
Pendulum is not waving properly
Due to the above said reason, will you replace the clock with another one which is in good condition?. We will return back the one we had purchased. Please do the needful

Hello !
I am writing this e-mail to inform you that the blue tooth headset "Nokia Stereo Bluetooth Headset BH-503" that I ordered is not yet delivered to me.A faulty product was delivered.

This is what I realized when I opened the sealed piece.

This is definitely not acceptable as I have paid a price for a new product.
Ebay, being a renowned company, should see to it that the customer is not sent a low quality product.
I want an explanation why this has happened and DEFINITELY i am not going to be happy with a replacement of the product now.

I DEMAND a better service gesture along with my product .
I want you to do the best in this case.
Hope to hear something positive very soon from you.
