Pathetic customer service from Ebay

I received a broken/damaged screen protector, when I contacted customer support they the most rude people on earth as if they are doing a favour on us. They arranged a reverse pick up 3 time and no body turned up to take the package back. And finally after 3 attempts they dont even contact me and just send an email to my ebay account and not even to my personal email account to return the package on my own.

So Ebay expects to check the emails they send on their web page every day horrible.

Really frustrated with ebay for the refunds.

So now for no miskate of mine I have to take all the pain first to spend more money to ship it back not sure if I will ever get that money back again and how much I need to struggle again.

And then again have to run around the bank to deposit the check.

 

Worst Support, I am sure this complain is going to fall on deaf ears but just removing my frustration.

 

Will never ever buy anything from Ebay again nor will I recommend it to others.
