I am struggling to purchase anything from ebay.in becouse they have very pathethic service, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the amount but through ebay and I need to open a case. I had opened a case in EBAY but i recived money in there coupon, for that coupon i had to buy something else from there website, its been 2 monthes i ordered 2 more products from them but everytime they dont havee that product and they made me wait for 7+15 days for my refund, for that coupon sake i have again orderd a product from there website 4 days back and paid extra money from my paytm account but from 2 days they are saying that my money stuck in payment gateway and it will take 72 hours to confirm the order, or it will get canceled and i again i need to wait for 15 days to get my refund and i i get a coupon from them that means again my money will get stuck, my paisapay id for current order, someone plz help me to get my money back, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 15 days to process the refund.
This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, now i am suggesting all my friends to dont you ever buy anything from ebay
