I placed an order for a laptop on 29-Aug-16 and the seller tried to contact me and asked for a deal outside eBay. I refused. (Please check eBay messages). Then the buyer said that they cannot ship and would cancel the order. They did not do anything. in the meanwhile, I got a notification that the seller had shipped the item but with no tracking or anything. I raised a claim on eBay. eBay tried to reach me on a sunday when i was not available. There was no call back number and no way to contact Ebay back. Then they said I need to show proof of payment. I had made payment on 29Th Aug'16 and the payment had gone from my account (Paisa ID: 43477438477). Now EBay has put the claim on hold claiming that shipper has shipped.Where is the delivery receipt if they have shipped? So now news from eBay. After last sunday,( from the day that eBay tried to contacte me) no news. No calls and nothing yet.
