i have got 2 negative feedbacks and both the buyers are non-contactable aNd ebay is saying that try sending him mails or try sending messages through ebay.but he is not replying to me i have also given both of them a refund still no replies and theIR mobile number are also not working so what should i do as ebay is not helping me in this
same case with me, out of 7 negative feedbacks, 6 are from buyers you are fake, invalid number, no response from emails and ebay messages, and asusual senseless replies from t&s team.
EBAY SHOULD HELP SELLERS IN THESE CASES BY REMOVING FEEDBACK AND ALSO THEY HAVE MENTIONED THAT FEEDBACK CAN BE REMOVED IF BUYER IS NON CONTACTABLE BUT THEY DON'T LISTEN TO US
