Money was debited but ebay page shows transaction was unsuccessful

Hi,
I bought one item and paid for it through PaisaPay using Net banking. My money was debited but when my bank portal threw me back to ebay page, it showed your transaction was unsuccessful and try another payment method.
I tried calling customer service but nobody picks up the phone.
It's really frustrating.

First confirm from your bank statement about the payment. Then contact eBay with your transaction details from your bank statement.
