I placed a booking for 3 perfumes of INR 5967.00 on dated 14.07.2015 time : 02.57.22 through the Transaction ref No. IG0AIPQFS7 but due to networking at last moment i did not received confirmation msg from your end . so request you to please deliver my booked items as soon as possible.
and already i have locked my complaint to your customer care service they have given my SRN No. *** or *** but still now have not recd any refund or purchase items
kinldy request to you , please refund my money otherwise deliver my booked items.
