I want to put my experience here for your query as a seller not as a buyer.
When a buyer make payment thru Credit Card, if payment amount is less than Rs. 1000/-, it confirmed instantly. But payment above Rs. 1000/- need manual confirmation. To do so eBay PaisaPay dept executives contact buyer over phone for payment verification(some cases may ask to fax documents).
Delay generally occur at this point, either buyer not contactable over phone or phone no mentioned by the buyer at the time of registration, not available. PaisaPay try several times to conatact the buyer. Even they wait for 2 weeks also in favour of buyer. Then they reject the payment.
Generally payment (above Rs. 1000) gets confirmed in 48 working hours.
Hope your payment also will be confirmed within the mentioned time. But requesting you please update your phone no so that PaisaPay dept can reach you for confirmation.
