Ebay Team, I have ordered item on ebay and paid online the required amount 499.00. I haven`t received the item and found upon search item showed delivered some local address within seller`s city. I raised Claim: 1656198 for refund. Its been 2 months and Refund is still not done and Status shows Closed. I made numerous calls to eBay Customer Care for status, and everytime got reply that refund will be processed in next 48 hrs.Horrible experience. I am unable to bring this to a smooth end. Do I need to approach consumer forum?
