This is regarding a reputed seller fab_mall. I won an item on 20 may 2005. I got a msg from the seller that our staff has gone to Tirupati & we are not been able to send your won item before 15 June You please hold the payment till. after few days later I got an unpaid Strike from the seller I am shocked I Immedietely send the payment by DD payable at PUNE. after that they said we are not able to collect your payement at last they got the payment on 07.06.2005.The seller replied to send the item after 12.06.2005.I tried my best to contact to the seller he said he had despatch the Item on 13.06.2005. I didnot received the ITEM yet.Now the seller says that your DD is not payable at Pune we are sending it back to you. Being an co-operative person I never tried to defame the seller but he is continusely harrssing by new surprises.
Tell me what is my fault in to the matter.
