Final value fees and transaction fees?

Is there any way to save some bucks on Final value fees and Paisa pay transaction fees... ebay charging almost 10% combined fees sometimes as much as 12% in the name of final value fees and paisa pay transaction fees. If there is a way to save on this fees please guide me.

You are using the platform of eBay to sell your items. So, you must pay some fee (called final value fee) to eBay. You are also getting payment online through PaisaPay of eBay. So, you need to pay the payment gateway fee. So its ethical for eBay to impose these fees.
