Old method CCR (court): We always thought that it is on the side of Seller unless there is a big mistake/wrong from Seller side. Sometimes, we also thought it is fake and always vote against buyer and remove feedbacks. Worst as it takes long time to get the feedback removed as voting progress' for long time.
New method CRF (current): We understand that it is in the starting stage. As of now we can say its against Sellers and works on keeping the feedback. Good as it takes less time to close the voting and get the outcome.
Good Method: Procure as many Jury as you can, keep the time frames as it is, increase the votings, 51% should be rule for the outcome, keep it transparent (all jury notes need to be visible to Seller), remove link between negative/neutral feedback and account healthiness.
