Hope someone hear and update the system at the earliest and make it robust. Feedback system is being confused as a complaining process.

We feel that feedback should be kept as it is.
Its a voice from a Buyer about his experience of Service and Product that was provided by the Seller.
It needs to be removed if something personally damaging the Seller business or eBay or for illegal / abusive / unacceptable feedback.

ou need to disconnect the relationship a 'Seller account' based on the feedback system. You can't assess the quality of the Seller account 'on the whole' based on the feedbacks. You should realize that a CompetitiveSeller/GreedyBuyer (with a group of 10 people/friends) can target any no. of Sellers to influence any account by giving wrong feedback.
Maybe you can linkup with any complaints given for Sellers after reviewing and discussing with Sellers on the issue.
A single negative feedback will down the Seller a lot and you can see a drop in listings and an increase in price and further decrease in service levels.
You must realize that many Buyers may not know the values of giving feedbacks And may also not know the difference in feedback and complaint.
Also, you need to introduce a negative feedback system for Sellers to leave to Buyers.

CRF should be a transparent model. Its just a hide / seek game & eBay itself is complicating the system. Each Jury leaves a note justifying his vote. These justifications should be sent to both Seller & Buyer. You can hide the id (starting letter gap ending letter). We urge you to keep the feedback appeal to exist, have an ability for Seller to view the it, jury justifications, voting, outcome of it anytime.

Old method CCR (court): We always thought that it is on the side of Seller unless there is a big mistake/wrong from Seller side. Sometimes, we also thought it is fake and always vote against buyer and remove feedbacks. Worst as it takes long time to get the feedback removed as voting progress' for long time.
New method CRF (current): We understand that it is in the starting stage. As of now we can say its against Sellers and works on keeping the feedback. Good as it takes less time to close the voting and get the outcome.

Good Method: Procure as many Jury as you can, keep the time frames as it is, increase the votings, 51% should be rule for the outcome, keep it transparent (all jury notes need to be visible to Seller), remove link between negative/neutral feedback and account healthiness.

EBay wont reply...

Its a big game .... no use writing to them again and again.

If many sellers write to higher management like Pierre @ ebay.com then it might help.

Buyers have started blackmailing .. Item does not have handle, something missing, etc ,etc...
