Faulty parts supplied by E Bay and no Refund received.

Good Day,

I had bought a 100% New LCD Display Touch Screen Digitizer for Micromax A300 CANVAS GOLD" on 03-Sep-16 from Ebay.

 

 I had paid for the same via PaisaPay ID 43515346197.

 

Unfortunately when checking the spare at Micromax Service Centre, the spare is not working. I raised a complaint on the same day for the faulty spare supplied to me.

In spite of repeated calls to the seller, there is no response.

E bay is trying to wash its hands off by saying that the reimbursement will have to come from the seller.

 

Such a response is totally unacceptable.
