I'm a regular online shopper and ebay is the worst experience so far.
a. first at checkout i was told the item will not be delivered to my city (Hyderabad, AP). I had to write to the supplier who corrected something and then asked me to buy again.
So much time wasted in trying to figure out problem etc etc.
b. When I went back to buy the product I got message on website which said "payment declined ...blah...blah...blah..." I would have gone back through payment process again and paid twice had I not received sms from credit card bank about amount paid to ebay.
It was a disgusting way to commit white collar crime in disguise of online website......as prestigeous as eBay.
If this is not intended fraud then eBay should improve its website...what is your CTO doing Mr. Nathani?
Close down your website if you cannot manage delivery, you cannot manage safe payment. At least do not give bad name to online shopping.
Disgusting experience. eBay has cheated me. It does not value my time. I hate eBay.
