Disappointed with EBay India closed practices

I bought a 17" laptop sleeve that turned out to be 20.5" in size. My laptop is slipping out. I have been struggling for over TWO weeks. I have raised a complaint.

There is ZERO progress so far. The seller said in their note that negative feedback will not help. This amounts to intimidation. Now he says that the dispute is affecting his EBay performance and to close the case.

I am shocked to see EBay sellers following such closed and bullying practices against the consumer. Consumers should be allowed to post feedback openly, like Flipkart allows. Flipkart also picks up defective items at no cost to the consumer.

Please refund my money. This unproductive struggle has been going on for TWO weeks.

Item: New 17" Inch Laptop Sleeves Bag Case Reversible for 16.4"... (Item 400314825641). Seller ID 10165, name PARADEEP. Date of purchase March 24, 2013.

Please advise what do I do now? Please put me out of this misery.

I also wish to state the following:
CHAT does not connect.
TELEPHONE does not get answered.
EMAIL is not responded to.

EBAY India and Sellers are extremely hard to deal with.

I believe it was a mistake signing up to buy from EBay.

I am still waiting for a positive response from EBAY or the SELLER, over TWO weeks have gone by.
