I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item .
i have ordered on 4th of july and recieved 13th means too much delay.
got a damage product and when i'm trying to return and called to cutomer care they always said in between of 48 hour someone will call you from our company i have already sent all my i phone damage pic on 16th my CLAIM ID is 1095185 still don't get any responce from ebay.
today is 19th i have claimed on 13th, how long you'll be taking more I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 6 days to process the refund.
my claim matter is not yet solved it was suppose to solve within 7 days
This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, I think I have done a biggest mistake my life by relying on ebay processes, it seems like that.
can someone please tell me how long it'll taking a time ?
