Complete disappointment

eBay seller made me wait twenty days to get my product and finally sent it to the wrong person.
This is beyond crazy.
And I've got to wait till they take they're own time to resolve it.
Highly disappointed with their way of working.

know the ebay rules.

Never allow any seller to ship your item so late.

If the seller hasn't shipped the within ebay given time period (i.e 5 days) rais a claim and you will get your back to your account.

These are simple and most important rule on online shipping which you have to be aware of!!
