I received a broken/damaged tablet (iball slide) and I raised a claim on September 26, 2015. As per your so called eBay guarantee policy, eBay is suppose to get me refund in 20 days, however it has been more than a month now, I haven't received any solution.
This is ridiculous service from eBay and you are openly cheating customers by charging full price but sending a damaged product. I have since then called customer care numerous times, but all in vain. It has been a torturous process.
This is not how you can openly cheat people. This is not acceptable. Please take some action as soon as possible. Take this worthless tablet and please give me my money back.
