This was my first product purchase from ebay. The product was an HTC One M8 mobile phone (Item ID : 121942662231). I received a damaged item and as per the seller and ebay customer support suggestion, I raised claim for a refund and couriered the product back to the seller. Now, its been 45 days since I raised claim and ebay has not even refunded the courier charges that I paid to send the product back to seller. This has been the worst online shopping experience ever for me and will think twice before purchasing from ebay again. The customer support is also poor as there are no status intimations and almost all the time I end up hanging up the phone after waiting in line for more than 15 minutes as all thier executives are always busy.
