I am Regular Buyer of eBay and have always trusted it services.but my current claim ebay.in response is very disappointing.Below is the claim details which is still pending from eBay side more then 25 days has gone .
I Ordered 2 qty. (PaisaPay ID: 40144834471) in which i received only 1 unit.
Product (k zoom Cellphone ) listed at 14500 Rs per pc so i bought 2 pcs in total so its 14500 X 2=31000 Rs.
After a long Delay i got 1 Unit only .here i would like to mention seller entered wrong shipping details in paisapay .
So after long delay i get 1 unit and I immediately open claim ( Sep-6-15)for the same and also selected product not received option in paisapay.
NOTE :- SELLER SENT ME MASSAGE ON EBAY FROM HIS ACCOUNT THAT DUE TO SOME TAX ISSUES HE DID NOT SENT THE PRODUCTAND I CAN OPEN CLAIM.
So I need to know why the claim is still not addressed by eBay .FROM THE DAY I OPEN A CALL I DID NOT GET CALL FROM ANY CLAIM ADJUSTER .
ON MY REPEATED CALLS TO EBAY NO ONE IS GIVING ME ANY ANSWERS WHY THIS LONG DELAY IS HAPPENING,WHY I DIDN'T GET A CALL YET FROM CLAIM ADJUSTER.
AS SELLER ALSO AGREE FOR REFUND AND ALSO AGREEING THAT HE SENT ONLY 1 PC THEN WHY IS SO LONG DELAY OF ALMOST 30 DAYS.WHY NOBODY FROM EBAY CLAIM CALLED ME ON MY REPEATED REQUEST.
