My claim id is 2229951 dated 12th august, has still not been resolved. I had received a used product from the seller, which I promptly returned. The last 4 times that ebay coustemer care has called me regarding the claim (total 6 or 7 calls). They had only one thing to say. Please give us 48 hrs more to resolve your complaint.
Very sad to say this, but you are spoiling your name for no reason at all. I know I will get the refund, but it will not be a good experience.
