This is with regard to Case=925-818, the buyer has emailed seller support to upgrade our rating from neutral to positive and the response we got from seller support is

Thank you for submitting the Rating Review Request.

We are unable to assist you as the rating is old more than 60days. We will not be in position to review the same.

We are unable to assist you further in this matter. Hence consider this matter as resolved.. ?

Why should we consider it resolved ??? if the buyer wants our ratings to be upgraded what problem does baazee has ??? we work hard day and night to keep our rating 100 % positive, this kind for response from your end is very unprofessional. If the buyer responds late is it the sellers fault??

Please look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest, the details for the same are provided below.

If previously ratings were reviewed even after 60-70-80 days why not now.
If buyer wants to edit rating then what is the problem with baazee team.So many rating are pending to be reviewed.but they are not editing the ratings.Why this??.
We have spend lot of amount on making replacements
even with best quality then mentinoed on baazee but now when items are replaced.Baazee team is saying.

when buyer send us item late then what is our fault.we have to be co-operative with our buyers then why not baazee.If we can send replcements or refunds after 1-2 months then why not baazee edits the rating even though buyer himselfs want to edit ratings.

Do something baazee.we are tired of sending mails.
and now they have also removed the link "I received an unfair raing" from my baazee page.

We request baazee to edit our ratings.
