Amount debited from state bank account but PAISAPAY not Paid

i had purchased a product on 09-10-2012 the item no is 170808735776, amount of Rs.249/- using my SBI debit card through billdesk transaction no.201212301038 on POS 000000000001685, but after completing transaction it revolves and displays transaction could not be completed and the item still stay in my shopping cart,but In my SBI account the amount has been debited but in my PAISAPAY account payment it is not showing.please help.thank you. 😞

I GOT REFUND BY EBAY AND SOLVED WITHIN 24HRS.THANKS EBAY TEAM:-)
