4 GB Pen Drive Purchased not working.

This is Attique Bhamla and i purchased the below mentioned product:
eBay item #270455756469 iBall Ultra Strong 4 GB Pen Drive +2 Years Warranty NEW

I received the produt at my door step and when connected the same to my computer it is not working. Hence tried connecting to other computers as well..The result stands to be the same...Please let me know what should I do...I am really upset that the same happened to me. Since the product is under warranty and this kind issue occured for the first time, if anyone can help in guiding the way to walk with....
I would pbliged for the same.

What you can do is visit the website of iBall and locate their service center in your area. I am sure they will help you out.
