I was buying from eBay because eBay is a international name and people trust it. I bought 20,000 mAH external battery bank for mobiles from redhelios for some 1150 Rs. I was not sure that some one can give 20,000 mAH sort of capaciy at such low price and hence I restricted my self to buy 20,000 mAH and not 30,000 mAH which was costlier by around 500 Rs.
All such low cost product from China are fraud. My 20,000 mAH Battery Bank gives just 3,000 mAh and that too declined rapidly with usage.
The procedure for getting the refund is so lenghtly and after spending so much efforts what you get is not a refund but a coupne which you have to use in a month.
It is very disheartening to know that eBay is not chekcing the product quality at all. I will think twice before buying from eBay. I guess I will continue to buy from Fliplart.
