I had ordered a Micromax Canvas Battery from ebay. Though I used to shop online and had never a complaint with any such issue, but in my first order with ebay I was very disappointed. I received my order on Nov. 26, 2014 but it was damaged. The battery was broken at two places and I could not use it. I wanted to know about the return policy of ebay so that i can return the damaged product and get its replacement or my money back.
