received a different product still claim rejected. i will raise a case against ebay in the consumer forum.claim Id 2773145.i have raised the concern on 20th march to the ebay customer support and a request has been taken on that day. customer support told me that i will receive a call back from the claim department within 72 hours. but today 72 hours already expired but no calls till now. i have received a different and fake apple product.
