Guarantee claim I got the following reply on 29-7-2014 "Remarks : As per our telephonic conversation on 29/07/2014 , we are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request in form of eBay coupon. You will receive a coupon of 110% of Item value. It will be sent to your registered email address, and you can expect to receive it within 7-10 business days and the same is valid for 30 days. Note: Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded from working days. Thank you for shopping with eBay." This call was from Ms.Priti. But I'm still to get the eBay Coupon, in spite of reminder on 14-8-2014. I've given favourable feed back on this for Ms.Priti when asked. When can I expect the eBay coupon? My reminder 0f 14-8-2014 remains unanswered.
