I bought an item (#261504950071) on eBAY. As I got a defective one, I raised a claim (#875679). I replied with evidence. I replied promptly on all mailes from ebay@ebay.com
The claim was closed sighting reason, "customer didn't replied". Where as I have sent mails on 24th and 26th Feb with same content. I haven't received any solution. I need some help on this. Is there any contact number for claim section
