i brought 5 no philips brand headphons but all a are defactive. you are reject my 2 nos claim. can you want to see your defactive product? i want to chalengely sent to your office. all are not working and 1no is damage. if you are really want to business then why are you not sell genuen product. and why you sell a no 1 brand's name item with the chepest unbrand item packeted in no 1 brand's name. please properly download the photo and watch which brand product is this and you think youself is it really branded product? please provide to me your head office address which adress i can use to send your defactive product.
