So I ordered an iPhone on 21st of this month , payed 70,000 k for the 64gb iPhone 6s Plus ... Just to get a call from bluedart on my bday 30th Nov , saying sir you have to pay 4070 as Octroi ..
I was never asked for Octroi before , 3 months back I brought MacBook ..
4/5 months back I ordered an iPad Air 2 .. And I never paid any Octroi ..

why don't they ask you to pay Octroi separately ? It's so confusing ..
why do you only have to pay Octroi separately on eBay ?
it it took me do long to save up for the iPhone 6s Plus for my sister .. I lied at my place saying that phone costed 50 k .. I had no money to pay the Octroi ... Plus the seller never even bothered to answer my call ... He would cut my call switch of sell ..
when end I told bluedart I had no money to pay then ... They left & the tracking number says .. Consignee refused to take shipment ..
what should I do now ? The seller won't reply on eBay nor would he take my calls ...
