Buyer should have right to cancel the order prior to shipment date.
Buyer should have right to cancel the order if shipment did not take place even after shipment date.
When buyer details are verified and call is recorded/monitored, buyer should be able to cancel the order calling customer
service and immediate refund should be made.
Amazon allows cancelling the order, even the payment is made. Why not eBayt?
