I raised a claim for refund/replacement of product Nokia BH 503 Bluetooth stereo headset.
I uploaded photos on same day i raised a claim from website.
Tiday i learned from eBay call center person that photos are not uploaded due to technical issues in website & He asked me to send photos on this email address.

When i sent mail it bounced with failure messages.
