Very bad response from customer care

I ordered 3 memory card of 32 GB.

I receoved my courier but only one in the courier.

The one which I received is also not working in the device, it is totally duplicat.

 

I requested for return my money, and reverse courier pick up scheduled.

The courier guy told me, he is coming at 6 PM but he came at 3:30 and I was not available at that time and he did't came at 6 PM.

 

then I asked to do courier that one memory card and send the receipt to seller. my question is why I should do this all stuff.

If this is the case why I ordered online I could have go to store and get the best deal.

 

Now when  I called customer care, I am getting response that service request has been closed, how this could be closed without solving customer problem.

 

This is totally not acceptable. this is matter of only Rs. 837 but this represent how eBay dealing with customer.

Now onwards I am not going to buy anything from this, it is totally fraid and eBay send totally duplicate products.
