Dear eBay,
This is regarding eBay guarantee claim ID 645358, Item number 251633765378 and Paisa pay ID 37324514739.
I had purchased a laptop from ebay and I got it in damaged condition. I had raised claim with ebay gurantee on 10th September. and now even after 1 month (30 days) , my issue is still unresolved. 😞
I have tried to contact your CS support team (many times), but every time getting only same response. I have also mailed to your customer support but they dont even have courtesy to repoly back. So can you please escalate it to highest level or provide me the escalation point to contact. If issue is not resolved soon or if I didnt get any response, the only option I will have is to go to consumer court and I am really serion about it.
