Hi,
I bought two products from different sellers this month and both are faulty.
I want to raise a refund claim, however the ebay site does not work properly to raise the same. Evey time i try to search the paypaisa id it says no results found. Even the default search of last 15 or 30 or 45 days of search does not return anything to proceed to step 2. I have tried IE and chrome browsers on Win 7 machine. Please refer to attached screen shot capture where it does not return any results to move ahead to step2.
My paypaisa ids are 37725045403 and 37766837753 for the two products I bought. One of the seller has confirmed me for refund.
Please tell me how ebay site can be used to raise the claim or please help me to raise the same at earliest before buyer protection period goes out.
