Hi,
I have raised a claim with id 695295 and the claim is resolved successfully on 26 October. It going to complte 1 mongth but still i did not got my refund for the coupon (1550/-) that i have called the customcare representative twice and they assured me that i will get my coupon in next 7 days but still i am waiting.
This is first bad experiencr with ebay. I have no idea to whom should i contact.
Please suggest any way to solve this issue.
