i do not have import license in india. can i import / buy items from other countries through ebay?.

I donot have import license. can i buy items on ebay.com / any ebay site around the world without import lisense?

How can i pay for them in indian rupees.

you do not need import lic to buy a few items but if you order like say 100-200 pcs then you will have to pay custom duty on the product and you can pay using a Paypal account connected to your bank account and a credit card.
