Refund status approved but money not yet received in my account

claim *** was approved on 26 Aug 2013. But refund of Amount is
still not debited to my account. I can confirm that amount was paid
via private bank (HDFC bank) . Ideally amount is expected to be debited within 3-4
working days. Now its almost 17 days but till now its not processed to my account.

Very much disappointed with this kind of support from ebay.

I have ordered many items but this one problem made me  to check for other online options.

Since got scared with ebay on refund process and I doubt whether my money will come or not.

I hope some one atleast responds to this...

else this will be my last transaction in ebay...

We regret for the inconvenience cause to you.We have processed your refund on 12/09/2013 , Please note that it takes at least 3-4 working days if the bank is a non-nationalized bank and 15 working days if the bank is a nationalized bank for the amount to reflect in your account.
