Product delivery time-line date, claim and initiation of refund request

Dear Sir

 

Recently I purchased a item. This item was not delivered to me before timeline date(i.e.29.9.2015). So I raised claim and initiated refund request on 30.9.2015 in morning. After initiation of refund request and raising claim for item not delivered,  item was delivered on 30.9.2015 in evening.   I cancelled my refund request online on 1.10.2015 by mistake.

 

After opening of pkt, I found product is not as described. I want to raise another claim for this, but I am not in position to raise new claim or convert my already raised claim under the category "ITEM not as described".

 

After seven days my claim closed without information to me.

 

Kinldy inform me why my claim is not as per ebay guarantee rules.

 

If the prodcut is not delivered within timeline date I am eligible for reund. But I have not received any refund as well as now i am also not in position to raise a claim under "ITEM not as described" category.

 

Kinldy inform my mistake if any in claim 1295222.
