I request Ebay to blacklist Mobikwik. I have Rs.9000// in my Mobikwik wallet account and due to unknown reasons, Mobikwik has blocked my account due to which I am not able to sign in. I sent them many emails and even filed a Ticket# 1867670 and no response at all.
Due to this problem, I could not proceed with my purchase from Ebay. The mobile app says that some gateway problem has locked my account. I sent an email to mywallet@mobikwik.com and requested for re-activation but no response at all.
I am scared that my money has been looted by Mobikwik. Rs.9000// is a huge money and I am in a helpless situation now and not sure what to do to get my money back. I kindly request Ebays users to not use Mobikwik. I am atleast trying to make sure you guys don't get cheated like me.
I will be very grateful if Ebay can help me in any way to get my money back from Mobikwik. I will be even more grateful if Mobikwik realises its mistake and returns my money to me.
