I bought a cordless phone at ebay for delivery at Ranchi in Jharkhand on 16 Feb.The confirmation ID is 44746863993.
Due to some mistake in understanding while filling up the form and the fact that the transaction was not going through, the PIN code given for the delivery address has come out wrong. However, it is correctly mentioned in the delivery address. This, we were given to understand by BLUEDART, because of which the item has not been delivered yet.
I would now request to correct the PIN for the delivery address.
Looking for an early resolution of the problem.
