Hello, because of mistake now my item is not in orders list, it is in Returns and canceled orders but it wasn't even sent, the seller even didn't start shipping process. I didn't know and pressed return button, i thought that is button to cancel the deal, and when i receive email about open case to return i understood that made a big mistake. Of course I closed the case before the seller confirm it.
So please help me understand how can i control this item, the shipping process didn't start and it is in the Returns and canceled orders section.
I am afraid the seller will not send it and i will not be able to ask refund.
What should i do?
