Seller said he could take back these ID trays as they are not working in my Epson Printer. Seller has contacted me after I filed a complaint to ebay regardng the product quality. Surprisingly Mr Mustafa has sent me an email which says that ebay guraentee is not for quality. This is surprising. I have spent Rs 999 for buying these ID trays. If they are not working and comes out after the command then they are like a plastic sheet for me. While my other tray looking similar physically is working well.
If ebay doesn't take them back and refund me money - then it should be termed as day light cheating. ebay does not allow reviews on products like Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart etc. which allows customer to see the experience of other buyers. On ebay people buy on the name of ebay. Rest is luck. Becuase, ebay does not refund money easily and divert to seller.
